Lawyer turned winemaker, Sandro Ruffo followed his passion for wine and left a promising law career in the 1990s and moved to the coast of Tuscany where the certified organic winery, Colle Petuccio was born. This Vermentino is a full-bodied white that gets its distinct flavors and minerality from the salty winds of the nearby Tyrrhenian Sea and the local, rocky Tuscan soil. With notes of Mediterranean herbs and citrus, and a light salinity this wine pairs well with almost any seafood dish or even a pesto gnocchi.
