Colterenzio winery is a collective of 300 partner winegrowers who work throughout the year to grow top-tier, hand-harvested grapes. As one of the youngest wineries in the Alto Adige region, this estate has produced no shortage of award-winning wines, specifically specializing in single-varietal wines. ‘St. Daniel’ is made of crushed grapes that are then fermented in stainless steel tanks and refined in concrete tanks and wooden casks for at least six months. Notes of smoke, red raspberry, and black cherry are met with soft tannins. Pair with peking duck, halibut, or grilled sausages.
