The 2019 Cabernet Franc “Walnut Wash” has a nice dark color. On the nose, you'll find powerful notes of strawberry and blackberry with a hint of earthiness. The body is dense and rich while the finish features soft tannins and a long red cherry expression. Aged 20 months in 25% new French oak, this wine drinks beautifully now and it will only continue to improve over the next decade.
Pair with cheeses and meat dishes as it will stand well against a hearty meal.
