This certified organic Tuscan winery has been family-owned for nearly 50 years. Initially purchased in 1975 for sheep farming and cheese production, the estate has since expanded from 5.5 to 17 hectares, and encompasses two sections: Corzano and Paterno. While the family continues its cheese-making tradition, they also cultivate grains, olives, and grapes. This white blend includes Chardonnay, Petit Manseng, Trebbiano, Semillon, and Sauvignon Blanc, offering notes of white flowers, citrus fruit, and fresh acidity. It pairs wonderfully with grilled fish or chicken.
