Priorat is known for it's big, bold juicy red wines, but it's also home to beautiful and powerful whites. The Costers del Priorat 'Blanc de Closos' shows a refreshing mix of white peaches, green apples, wet rocks and spring flowers. A touch of quince. Mineral driven palate, fine concentration, ripeness and yellow fruits. Pair it with bouillabaisse, spicy peanut sauce dishes or white bean salad.
