Winemaker Xose Luis Sebio’s goal with The Flower and The Bee is to introduce native Galician grapes to a broader audience who may not be familiar with them. This playful wine hails from Ribeiro Sacra where cooler weather produces high acid, fruity reds. Sousón, however, is bold, tannic and dry with notes of tobacco, black fruit and a spicy bite to finish. We are excited to try this alongside white chicken chili!
