Cowhorn - Syrah 53

2015 

Cowhorn is a biodynamic vineyard, farm, and winery in southern Oregon in the under-appreciated Applegate Valley region. The region is warm enough to ripen Rhone varietals such as Syrah, but in a cooler fashion where the fruit shines through and there is a bright, tart finish.
