This 100% Albarino is from their Edna Valley vineyard, just south of San Louis Obispo and just a few miles away from the ocean. With help from the ocean breezes, this vineyard has the longest growing season in California and creates wonderfully complex wines. This wine is bright with high acidity and leads with notes of green apple and grapefruit, making it a great pairing for garlic oysters or a seafood risotto.
