Join Executive Chef Kyle Durkin in a special two hour culinary experience! Chef Kyle has over 30 years experience in the industry and is ready to guide you through incredible recipes and exciting tricks of the trade. Not only will you enjoy every course that Chef Kyle creates right in front of you, but one of our Wine Advisors will also be leading you through wine tastings that pair perfectly with each course.
On Friday, January 29th, Chef Kyle will be demonstrating dishes that feature three main proteins: fish, fowl and beef. Our expert wine staff will take into consideration the ingredients that go into each course to select pairings that will elevate both dish and the wine.
These in-person events will be conducted safely and socially-distanced in our spacious 2500sq/ft event space in Durham, Pine & Poplar, and will be limited to 12 guests per evening. Masks are required unless seated at assigned tables.
