Founded in 1999 by the Matarromera family, a family that has been in the winemaking business for generations. CYAN was built on land made up of 100 acres of vineyards and olive groves, all farmed organically—guaranteeing sustainable production. ‘Prestigio’ utilizes traditional fermentation methods and is aged in new French and American oak barrels for 18 months. Herbaceous notes are met with dark fruit and spice, ending in a long finish. Pair this wine with carne asada, grilled portobello mushrooms, and lamb with black currant sauce.
