Brianne Day is a Pacific Northwest native with winemaking experience spanning four continents. In addition to her namesake label she created Day Camp, a tasting room and cooperative winery for other small producers in the Willamette Valley. ‘Vin de Days’ — an Alsatian style blend of Pinot Gris, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Müller-Thurgau, and Muscat — comes from organically farmed vineyards and is produced using native yeast fermentations and minimal intervention. The palate bursts with pink apple, juicy peach, cherry blossom and spicy ginger, making this a great wine to pair with sushi or soft ripe cheeses.
