This is an Alsatian-style white blend of several sustainably-farmed vineyards from around the Willamette Valley. The blend contains Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Müeller-Thurgau, Pinot Gris, and Early Muscat. Best enjoyed as an aperitif, you will find notes of nectarine and Honeycrisp apple on the nose. Lemon peel, wet stone, and mouth-watering acidity greet you in the glass.
