Dom Perignon Vintage 2013 - Champagne

Dating to the 17th century, the legacy of Dom Perignon is known the world over. Their wines have been served to royals at Versailles and continue to be the go-to Champagne for special occasions in the 21st century. 

2013 was a late harvest vintage in Champagne with a cool spring and hot, dry summer leading to a striking balance of body and acidity. The complexity unfolds in the glass with layers of herbaceous eucalyptus, stone fruit, orange blossom, spicy cardamom, and anise, finishing with toasty notes and a silky salinity. This has the zing to pair with a citrusy green salad and enough body to go with fatty fish.
