Cabernet Sauvignon 65% Grenache 25% Carignan 10%. The bunches of cabernet aren't destemmed and are vinified at medium temperature as rapidly as possible using only natural yeasts. The grenache and carignan are vinified separately and are destemmed to avoid any harshness of tannins. Deep, young garnet. Plum, cranberry and redcurrant aromas on the nose with floral presence. Beautiful uplifting fruit on the palate. Restrained power, supple tannins and lingering aromatics.
