Domaine Amido, in Tavel, France, was originally run by Christian Amido who dedicated himself to perfecting his winery. After his passing, his two daughters Nathalie and Dominique inherited the property and now work alongside Christian's granddaughter Amandine and her husband Antoine. Together, the four of them operate 27 hectares of vineyards and hand harvest each grape. After pressing, the juice remains in contact with skins for 36 hours to give the wine a naturally deep color. It is then fermented at lower temperatures in order to retain freshness. This rose has notes of cranberry, raspberry, florality, and orange zest. Pair this with a greek fish stew or whipped feta.
