Domaine Coustarret 'Renaissance' - Jurançon Sec

Jurançon is a southern region in France on the west just south of Bordeaux. Jurançon produces Petit Manseng, a high acid white variety. Coustarret's "Renaissance" is 80% Petit Manseng, 10% Courbu and 10% Camaralet (some indigenous varieties in the area). This wine is perfect for ham or smoked fish and shows vibrant and tropical fruit flavors as well as minerality.
