Les Chênes comes from a blend of various parcels around the Azay le Rideau appellation in Cheillé and Vallère. This area is phenomenal for terroir-driven Chenin Blanc.

Aromas of white flowers and pear. Lively and beautiful.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, then aged in 3-4 year old used barrels for 1 year then back into steel for 6 months.
