Domaine Fabien Trosset sits in Savoie between Chambéry and Albertville on south-facing Alpine slopes, with vineyards around Arbin and Montmélian. Soils in the estate vary from limestone and other stony, well-draining sites, alongside red clay. The altitude and cool alpine nights preserve fresh acidity and delicate aromatics in the grapes. Those mountain influences are exactly what give the Crémant its sharp acidity, floral lift and mineral backbone. Comprised of 80% Jacquere and 20% Mondeuse Noir, this wine offers notes of green apples, white flowers and a touch of herbs on the finish. Pair with sashimi or comte.
