Located between the Loir and Cher rivers in the Touraine region, this family estate was managed and run by father-son team Guy and Jean-Luc Mardon until Jean-Luc took over for his father, making him the fifth generation to run the winery. The climate here is ideal for their wines with low rainfall, lots of sun and cooler nights paired with sandy and clay soils give their wines excellent acidity and aromatics. This white is made from 100% estate grown Sauvignon Blanc and has a crisp acidity and balanced minerality. Notes of lemon and grapefruit make this an excellent pairing for grilled fish, salads, vegetables or goat cheese.
