The Bouix family owns and operates this picturesque property in the Southern Rhone region, and the family's winemaking tradition goes back five generations. This 100% Viognier comes from vines grown in limestone and colluvium clay. This makeup gives the wine a bright acidity, followed by fresh flower notes and a round mouthfeel. Juicy peach notes sneak their way in, along with apricot and honey. While it is enjoyable now, it would also cellar nicely for 3-5 years. Pair this wine with spicy Thai dishes such as Pad Prik King and Som Tum.
