Winemaker Jean T’Kint has exquisite taste and only produces two wines in his small vineyard, this delicious Cotes du Rhone blend and a Rose. Eleven years ago, Jean T'Kint purchased this winery nestled in the Villages Rousset Les-Vignes and immediately thereafter set about making the land organic certified. Due to the Mediterranean climate you will likely find yourself tasting notes of juicy black fruits such as black currents, black cherries, cassis, dried violets, and spicy blackberry flavors. We recommend allowing this CDR blend to decant for approximately 30 minutes before enjoying. Try drinking this red with a filet mignon with a chimichurri Sauce.
