Started by Gilles Gasq in 2001, this certified organic winery lies in the southern Rhone and is made up of 33 hectares. A warm Mediterranean climate, soil that contains hard limestone, combine with the late summer storms that provide the vines with the water they need to finish the maturation process of the grapes. Made from a blend of Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah and aged in stainless steel, this medium-bodied rose has a bright mouthfeel with a well balanced acidity. Expect to find notes of strawberry, citrus and a touch of earthiness. Pair with grilled salmon or chicken.
