Virginie Moreau took over Domaine Moreau-Naudet after the death of her husband, Stéphane Moreau, in 2016. Honoring his legacy and closely following his vision for the estate, Virginie has kept with organic cultivation and production practices. This medium-to-full-bodied Chardonnay is manually harvested, undergoing a long maceration on the lees, and followed by aging in stainless steel and oak barrels. Notes of starfruit, key lime, and lemons are shown throughout. Pair with fresh seafood, roast turkey, and green bean salad with lemon vinaigrette.
