Located between Courthézon and Châteauneuf-du-Pape in France, owner Paul Autard has been running this family estate since he was 17. The domaine grows a variety of grapes while the vineyards themselves range between 45 and 90 years old and are grown in soils rich with rolled pebbles and fossilized limestone blocks. Made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre, this fuller bodied red has aromas of herbs and licorice with tasting notes of raspberry, cherry and a peppery finish. Pair with hearty dishes like pot roast or hearty cheeses.
