Their Tannat vines sit at an altitude of 7300ft and rely on snow melt from the mountains for irrigation, as there is no electricity here. This wine sees no time in oak to allow the fruit character of Tannat to fully shine - strawberry compote, dark plums, licorice with a rustic touch of forest floor.
