'No es Pituko' or 'It's not snobby', is a natural, unfined, unfiltered wine from a relatively unexplored Chilean varietal, Viognier. The nose is invinting - flowers, green melon rind, and sweet wax. It's hazy, slightly yeasty, and tastes of pear, apple, and slight jalepeño. Pair with Cashew Chicken Stir-Fry!
