Elizabeth Spencer winery is predominately operated by women and has been open since 1998. They pride themselves in keeping the rich local history alive by operating their tasting room out of a post office that pre dates WWI. This Rosé gives aromas of caramel apple, wild strawberry, and orange peel and tasting notes of roses petal and raspberries. With a light, but crisp finish this pairs great with a cold, summer salad or a grilled chicken dish
