Seven Springs, located in Eola-Amity Hills, Oregon, was originally founded by the Macdonald family until it was purchased by Evening Land in 2007. This wine is aged on the lees in neutral barrique for 6 months before spending one month in stainless steel tanks, creating a perfect balance of bright fruit and soft texture. With vines rooted in volcanic soils and influences from the Pacific Ocean winds, you'll find flavors of baked citrus, chamomile, and golden apple. Pair this with a creamy shrimp pasta or crab cakes.
