The Eyrie Vineyard was founded by California native David Lett. At the age of 24, with a degree in viticulture in hand, he headed to Oregon with just 3,000 cuttings and a conviction that Willamette Valley would be the next Burgundy. In 1965 David planted his first vines of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Gris – and the rest, as they say, is history. David believes in gentle winemaking, spontaneous fermentation, and minimal intervention. This sparkling rosé has notes of pear and citrus rind, soft bubbles, and finishes with flavors of wild strawberry and blood orange. Pair with hard cheeses or a beautiful fall afternoon.
