Family-run winery Familia Langa is known for cultivating high-quality Garnacha in the popular Calatayud region of Spain. The oldest winery in this particular region, with roots dating back to 1867, the estate is now being run by 5th generation Langa family and winemakers. ‘Pi 3’ Garnacha Blanca grapes are grown on 60+ year-old vines, hand-harvested, and fermented using native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Notes of meyer lemon, apples, and pears are met with a high acidity. Pair with mahi-mahi, butter chicken curry, and hushpuppies with butter.
