
In 1978, the Lo Franco family took ownership of an abandoned farm and have since turned it into a thriving, biodynamic property producing quality extra virgin olive oil, pecorino cheese, appetizers, sauces, pasta, vinegar, honey, biscuits and other sweet delicacies -- and of course, wine! 'Torbolone' is a blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, and it wows with flavors of ripe red cherry, raspberry and plum and a long tobacco and leather finish. Try it with porcini mushrooms, pappardelle or cured meats!
