Fattoria San Lorenzo is a third generation, certified organic and biodynamic, family winery in the Marche region of Italy. Owner Natalino Cognaletti and his family have been so succesful in producting high quality wines, they put Marche on the map and became one of the top producers of the region. This 100% Verdicchio is grown in close proximity to the Adriatic Sea and aged in stainless steel giving this white a dry, crisp body with refreshing acidity. A touch of salinity from proximity to the ocean accompanied by flavors of melon and citrus, make this wine a great pairing for seafood risotto.
