This is one of the most traditional grape varieties from Sicily. These grapes are hand harvested into small crates to preserve their integrity and see exclusively stainless steel during the fermentation process. This wine is a dark, garnet red in the glass and leads with notes of wild strawberries and blackberries. In the mouth, the tannins are soft and velvety and the flavors of wild berry and baking spices will linger, making the next sip a must! Paired with a charcuterie plate, this wine can do no wrong.
