Before the holidays arrive, unwind and savor incredible flavors with our take on this Southern Italian (and Italian-American) tradition! The Feast Of The Seven Fishes is traditionally served on Christmas Eve, and none of the dishes served are allowed to have meat. What a better way to celebrate our fresh, high-quality NC seafood than to host our own version at The Wine Feed! This expertly curated dinner experience showcases several distinct seafood preparations, each thoughtfully paired with wines selected to complement the delicate flavors of the ocean.

1st Course: Crispy NC Oysters served with Preserved Lemon Aioli
2nd Course: NC Shrimp Remoulade served over a Bittergreen Salad with Cava Vinaigrette
3rd Course: NC Clams Scampi over Spaghetti alla Chitarra
4th Course: Seafood Wellington with NC Shrimp & Scallop Mousse, Spinach Crepe, NC Black Bass, and a Mullet & Crab Roe Cream
