Fento Wines began in 2012 by Eulogio Pomares, grandson of Ernesto Zarate, owner of famous winery Bodegas Zarate in the Rias Baixas region (known by some as the Garden of Eden due its lush green valley). Proximity to the Atlantic Ocean provides ideal weather and growing conditions for the vines, especially Albarino. 'Bico de Ran' itself is the perfect combination of sailinity and creamy with notes of peach, citrus and a high acidity. Pair this Albarino with a seafood paella or ceviche.
