Ferraton Pere & Fils has been a major player in the Rhone Valley for over 70 years since it was established by Jean-Örens Ferraton. Practicing organic and biodynamic farming, this estate has been tending to old vines, with some dating back to 1946. This medium-bodied wine is a blend of 75% Grenache and 25% Cinsault/Syrah, with fermentation and aging taking place in stainless steel tanks. Notes of candied strawberries, peaches, and pomegranate are met with a fresh acidity. Pair with soft cheeses, charcuterie, and grilled chicken.
