Winemaker Andrew Jones created Field Recordings as a way to celebrate the people and places he’s encountered in his life, focusing on robust and vibrant wines with personality. Producing single-vineyard wines allows the team to delve into the full characteristics of each grape variety. ‘Franc’ is cluster fermented and aged in large American oak casks. Notes of blueberries, black cherries, and a touch of spice are present throughout. Pair with steak tacos, BBQ chicken pizza, and blue cheese kale salad.
