With his extensive experience making sushi and Japanese cuisine in general, we are excited for Chef Halley to bring us exciting flavors for February's wine dinner! Each course will be paired with wines selected to pair perfectly with the rich flavors and umami of Japanese dishes. You won't want to miss this one!
1st Course - Salmon Sashimi. Nigiri. Maki
2nd Course - NC Tuna Tartare. Yuzu- Avocado Crema. Togarashi Aioli. Pickled Jalapeno. Sesame Cracker. Kabayaki.
3rd Course - Okinawan Cream of Mushroom Soup. Tempura Enoki.
4th Course - Pork Secreto Katsu Style. Red Cabbage Slaw. House Katsu Sauce.
