This Sauvignon Blanc is organically grown and 100% hand-picked in the elevated Churton Vineyard in Marlborough’s Waihopai Valley. Characteristically crisp with bracing acidity, this wine boasts concentrated flavors of tart lemon, melon, white fig and flintstone. Delicious all on its own, but also begging to be enjoyed with a bit of chévre!
