This Greek white grape may have a fancy name, but its a weekday warrior! As a very old wine producer Gai'a makes even more funnily named varietals, all so worth a taste. "Monograph" is 100% Moschofilero, a white grape that tastes like a floral Pinot Grigio. It's light, crisp and easy-going with notes of white flowers, lemon, peach and apple. This wine needs something light, like chicken salad or a green salad with goat cheese and pecans.
