The Galáctica Sauvignon Blanc captures the dynamics of Chile’s Central Valley, where cool Pacific breezes and bright mountain sunlight meet fertile sandy soils. Crafted by winemakers Daniela Salinas and Ricardo Baettig, this sustainably farmed wine is fermented in stainless steel to preserve purity and nurture vibrant aromatics. The result is a lively, refreshing white wine bursting with kiwi, white flowers, lychee, lemon zest, and gooseberry. Fresh green mint and sweet pea add delicate complexity. On the palate, the wine is crisp with the subtle salinity of its coastal environment and a smooth, mineral finish. Light-bodied and expressive, it’s a perfect companion for citrus-marinated seafood, goat cheese salads, or an herb-forward vegetarian flatbread.
