Domaine Galévan is a certified organic winery founded in 1836 by Jean-François Goumarre. Today nearly 190 years later it is still owned and operated by the the Goumarre family and in 1995 Coralie Goumarre took over the family estate making her the 9th generation and first woman to do so. The Domaine is made up of 49 hectares and the vines average 60 years-old with the oldest being over 100 years-old. 'Leon & Lili' is named for the winery's two faithful dogs and boasts tasting notes of wild red berries and a boquet of flowers on the nose. Pair this rosé with grilled fish, a charcuterie board or grilled vegetables.
