The Garofoli family began producing wine in 1871 in the Marche region of Italy, and today the estate is in the hands of fifth-generation winemaking brothers, Carlo and Gianfranco Garofoli. ‘Supera’ is a richly textured wine, teeming with notes of lemon peel, yellow apple, quince and dried tarragon and saying goodbye with a clean, crisp finish.
