This Chablis comes from the Montmains Premier Cru that lies just to the southwest of Chablis where Forets and Beautteaux are located and is known for THE BEST Premier Cru in all of Chablis. This wine is round and tropical with some underlying citrus. The bright acidity shines through and makes for excellent food pairings; especially after being opend or decanted for an hour!
