Grochau Cellars was formed in 2002 when John Grochau made the transition from selling wine in fine dining to learning about wine from Willamette Valley's greatest wine makers.Today, the grapes are sourced from organic and sustainably farmed vineyards all over the Willamette Valley area. This 100% Chardonnay is sourced mostly from Eola-Amity Hills and spends 16 months on the lees. The nose boasts aromas of toffee and buttered popcorn, with a citrus backbone. Perfect for pairing with a rich salmon dish.
