Coming from strong ties with viticulture in both his paternal family and his family by marriage, Ermenegildo Giusti marked his own foray into winemaking with Giusti Wine in 2004, with the first vineyard planted in 2006. Giusti is a steadfast and enthusiastic supporter of eco-friendly cultivation, with quality at the center of everything he does. Grown in red clay soil rich with iron, this sparkling white wine is made using Glera grapes with fermentation taking place using selected yeasts. Expect to find  bright notes of white flower, jasmine tea, and nectarine. Excellent as an aperitif or paired with seafood, fresh cheeses, and fruit-forward desserts.
