The Glaetzer Family has been involved in wine making in the Barossa Valley since 1888. The grapes for these wines are grown in a very small area in the northern part of the valley and come from very old vines. 'Bishop' takes center stage with its rich texture and opulent flavors. Layers of black fruit, including black currants and dark cherry, intertwine with hints of vanilla, spice and a subtle earthiness.
