While Vienna is typically known for its red wine, this beautiful expression of Gruner Veltliner was created by Walter Glatzer. Organically grown near the village of Gottlesbrun outside of Vienna, this is a medium bodied wine with slatey minerality and a silky finish. Every sip is full of tropical fruit notes of pineapple, nectarine and a kiss of citrus, supported by hints of white pepper and tarragon that will have you pouring yourself another glass ASAP! Try this paired with shrimp Pad Thai.
