Gouguenheim - Sparkling Malbec Rosé

Gouguenheim is led by Patricio Gouguenheim high in the Uco Valley of Mendoza. Red Malbec is king, but we love this sparkling rosé! The rosé is rich and dark with notes of black cherry, cooked strawberry and violets. There is a touch of tannin even from the grapes soaking on the juice for a little longer. Pair with a pulled pork sandwich for best results!
