Gratien & Meyer - 'Crémant de Loire' - Brut Rosé

A blend of 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 15% Cabernet Franc and 5% Chenin Blanc, this stunner ages for over 3 years in bottle in the limestone cellars underneath the vineyard. The bright pink color comes from a short maceration with the Cabernet Franc grapes. The nose is fresh, with notes of red currant, strawberry and raspberry. The mouth is creamy and still displays notes of red fruit. This wine is best enjoyed as an aperitif and pairs well with just about any dessert.
