That close knit love shows itself in this wonderful 100% Chenin Blanc. Sustainably farmed, it has aromatic notes of lime and lemon zest, white peach, and flint. The palate has a full mouthfeel and an acidic and pithy finish. This wine plays wonderfully with tuna tartare, smoked salmon, and spring vegetables like asparagus and peas.
